In this series Mark Cleghorn works with photographer and studio owner Martin Edwards to develop his business.
It has been six months since our second visit to Martin and in this film Mark and Martin review what changes have happened at the studio since the previous visit.
In this film they discuss how bookings has increased and how Martin has been bringing more footfall to the studio. They talk about the events and promotions Martin has been running.
Looking in detail at the likes of vouchers that have also helped in improving the bookings for the studio.
This type of Studio Inspector role is nothing new for Mark as he has done this for 100's of studios on a one-2-one style throughout the UK and the USA since 1997.
