This five day workshop will provide you with a unique cultural experience, with opportunities to build a portfolio of diverse images of real life on the streets of Kolkata, its people, how they live, work and play. Mark will guide you in how to behave and position yourself to enable you to capture natural and candid images; including the local community in their homes and work places, and the railway track that provides a point for the adults to socialise and the children to play. Mark will share what he looks for to create stunning documentary images.

In the evening there will be time to relax and talk about the day and reflect on the images you have taken.

As part of the work The Hope Foundation do in the area to support children to have an education and be safe, the final day includes a very special picnic for some of the children and team that work there.
