The Great Outdoors!

PhotoTraining4U Landscape master Nick Jenkins is never happier than when he is outdoors doing what he loves to do most, shooting landscapes. Last week Jay spent the day with him making films on lenses and the how to use them when shooting landscapes. When you think landscapes most think wide angle lens, and most of the time this is the case however Nick also loves to use a zoom to capture highlights within the landscape. It's also easy to forget the little things in the big picture. As part of the film Nick shot a section on the macro lens and shoots some fantastic images of fungus while walking through the woodland.

Nick has been a professional outdoor photographer since 2002, and a keen hobbyist for a lot longer. Whilst he loves landscapes, Nick is equally passionate about capturing natural history and the fascinating world in which we live. Nick's work has featured in magazines, books, calendars and cards all round the world. Nick also devotes allot of his time to his workshops both here in the UK and abroad.
